Why is my PowerView® remote blinking numbers or not working?
The remote has a feature to warn users of a low battery. When activating a command on a remote with a low battery, the numbered groups on the remote will begin to illuminate in sequence, similar to the action seen during remote syncing. A low battery may cause a Gen 3 remote to become unresponsive or inconsistent in its operation, so it’s best to replace the batteries when this sequencing is encountered.
