Why are my PowerView® schedules not working correctly?

Try this step-by-step guide to resolve the problem.

1

Make sure the PowerView® Hub is connected to the local network and shows a blue LED

A red LED indicates that the Hub is no longer connected to the local network.

The Hub checks the internet each night for a time update. Schedules should activate according to the Hub's last known time, but could drift over time.

2

Try activating the relevant scenes and shades to ensure that the problem is really the schedule

3

Activate the Sync Shade Memory command

In the shade's Advanced Settings activate the Sync Shade Memory command in order to restore correct scene information.

4

Create a New Test Schedule

If the scene used in the schedule is working, try creating a new test schedule for five minutes out.

If that one works, delete the schedule that failed and recreate a new one.

5

For sunrise- or sunset-based schedules, Location Services must be on

iOS:
While using the App navigate to Settings → PowerView → Location → Toggle on Precise Location for best accuracy.

Android:
Navigate to Settings → Apps → PowerView → Permissions → Location → Allow all the time (recommended) or Allow only while using the App.
