What do I do if the PowerView® app is not detecting my shades ?

If you do not see your shade(s) in the available shades list during setup, it may be related to a power or range issue, rather than an issue with the shade.

Ensure that:

  • The shade(s) you wish to set up is installed and powered on.

  • The shade(s) are within range (i.e. at the Home).
