Reset your Legacy PowerView® shade.
Press and hold the programming button on the headrail for six seconds. Release the programming button when the product moves slightly or jogs. The product will automatically travel to the fully open and then closed positions. Wait for the product to stop moving, and then try to operate it with the remote.
If you are unable to access your programming button, we will be unable to troubleshoot with complete accuracy.
If this did not solve your problem, check the power source. If you have batteries, ensure the batteries are in correctly. Ensure all power cords are plugged in, and connections are made.
If you feel comfortable, try to adjust your upper and lower limits.
